Order Process
How do I learn about pricing and bottle information?
Bottled Water Store was built on excellent customer service, please complete our Request a Quote form and we will get back to you as quickly as we can!

How does payment work?
For new customers we will need a credit card on file, and will charge a 50% deposit, the remaining balance will be due on label proof approval.
Once an established customer, we will send the full balance in an invoice due on shipment.
If I provide my own label art, do I still pay the "set-up" fee?
Yes. Our expert graphic designers will ensure the label art is in the correct format to be used on your bottled water. This is a one-time setup fee. We will keep your complete label on file for future orders.
What are the requirements for artwork for the label?
Artwork must be 300 dpi or higher
Preferred files are vector files, or adobe illustrator files.
Please include any other details you wish to have on the label (website, phone number, etc.).
I have a logo but it is not 300 DPI resolution, what now?
We have a graphic artist that can recreate your logo at a higher resolution for $50. You will receive all the files to use on any of your own future projects.
I need help with my label, can you design it?
Yes. Our graphic designer can create a personalized label for you to use included in the one-time setup fee. They will use your logo and/or graphic materials and text.
Can I see what the label will look like before you print it?
Yes, of course. Our graphic artists will prepare a label proof and we will send it to you digitally for review. We will not print labels without your approval.

Do the bottles come filled with water?
Yes. The bottles come pre filled with high quality purified or spring water.
How many bottles are in a case?
24
Can I split the order between two or more labels?
Yes.
Can I choose any brand like FIJI or Voss for my Private Label?
No. Only our own Ultra Purified or Spring Water are available for private labeling.
Do you offer glass bottles for Private labeling?
No. We only offer rPet recycled plastic and aluminum bottles.
Can I choose from a selection of bottle shapes?
Yes, Check out our bottle styles page to see all of the bottle types we offer.
How long can water be stored?
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), which regulates bottled water as a packaged food product, has determined that there is no limit to the shelf life of bottled water.
Shipping
What locations do you ship to?
Bottled Water Store has bottling plants strategically located to service all of the USA. This allows us to keep shipping costs low.
Can you ship my order to two or more different locations?
Yes, additional shipping costs would apply.
What is your lead time?
Lead time varies depending on the time of year, but generally new orders require ~4 weeks for production then transit time. Reorders are 3 weeks + transit time.
